how can i sign up for your emails?! 

Yes! The 1:1 Sessions is a running 6 session program. At the completion of the 6 session program, you will have the option to continue the 1:1 sessions for as long as you need. 

do you offer one-on-one coaching?

The 6 session program is for someone who is ready to transform their life. The 60 minute intensive is for someone who is looking for advisement on a few areas but isn't ready to fully commit to the 6 sessions.

what's the difference between your main 2 offerings?

I have over 12 years of experience dealing with employees from entry level to executive level. I have worked in small, medium and mega sized companies with a successful track record of turning operations around and driving profitability. I have launched multiple Leadership and Mentoring programs and do over 60 hours of continuing professional development annually.

where are you located?

I fell into the HR field when I was 17 and have built a successful career coaching employees at all levels. I enjoy helping set people up to be successful and assisting with their personal and professional development to drive results in all areas of life.
