In our last session we will review the goals and evaluate progress made based on the milestones we set. You will leave your last session with a strategic road map on how to continue executing on the goals we set throughout our time together. Should you want to continue working together, you will have the option to extend the coaching on an as needed basis.
Program close & Next Steps
On our second call we will review the plan and begin the execution piece of it. I will set milestones to evaluate progress and make modifications as needed. In addition to our scheduled 1:1 session I will be available for quick questions and advisement as needed. Think of me as your new mentor!
Plan & Implementation
Our first coaching call will be a deep dive into where you are at currently and where you want to go. It's also okay if you don't know where you want to go from here-I'm here to help! I will gather all of the information I need in this call to put together a strategic plan as well as how to fully execute it to get you started on living the life you always dreamed of.
